WCC assessment – our experts will complete a benchmarking report, personalised to your PCT, that includes an initial stock-take of your progress since the first WCC panel review and review your progress against other PCTs

Gap analysis – a programme which identifies your current capability across each WCC competency and reviews these against your annual target

Individual competency support programme – a programme to help identify key action points to reduce the gap between current competency level and annual target. Includes monthly progress monitoring to ensure that you are on track with your preparations for 2010-11

Mock panel event – A realistic one-day simulation of the WCC assurance assessment by our expert panel to ensure you are fully prepared for 2010
