Humana's Commissioning Institute offers a wide range of World Class Commissioning support and training for PCTs and PBCs. Our expert competency development programmes offer you a range of opportunities to manage change and build skills – from comprehensive board level support, to a series of tailored training modules across key WCC competencies.

Our services in this area include:

WCC consultancy support: a training programme to help PCTs improve their WCC scores. Click here for a FREE scorecard and benchmarking report, personalised to your PCT.
The Commissioning Simulator: a two day programme thatcombines dynamic, hands-on learning with sophisticated scenario-building software and predictive modelling. A version of the simulator for PBC has just been launched.
PBC development programme: Humana, in partnership with the NHS Alliance and Dr Foster are approved suppliers on the Department of Health's PBC Capability Framework.
PBC Academy: modular half-day courses developed in partnership with the NHS Alliance for GPs and all involved with PBC.
